Emma specialises in healthcare property, with a particular focus on transfers of partnership property and surgery premises funding and refinance.
With over a decade of commercial property experience, Emma advises GP partnerships and other healthcare sector clients across the full spectrum of their property needs. Her work encompasses funding and refinance, acquisition and disposal of freehold premises, commercial lease negotiations, and the ongoing management of their property interests.
Emma understands that GP clients' property arrangements are often complex and that keeping things simple matters. She provides clear, practical updates throughout each transaction, ensuring the process is efficiently and effectively managed.
Emma is based in our Bristol office, but can support you nationally.

Emma works closely with our Corporate team on the property aspects of partnership mergers and partner retirements, and with the Property Litigation team to assist clients where disputes arise. This integrated approach ensures clients receive advice across all aspects of their matter.
