Kayleigh is a Senior Paralegal based in our Family team.
Kay is a member of our Family team, supporting clients on a wide range of family law matters, including Children Act proceedings, divorce, financial remedy, and TOLATA disputes. Kay understands that family issues can be highly sensitive and emotionally challenging, and is committed to providing clear, concise advice tailored to each client’s individual circumstances.
Kay can guide clients throughout the processes in a supportive and approachable manner, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions. She works closely with clients to identify their objectives and develop a practical route to achieving them, maintaining open and consistent communication throughout.
Kay has worked in family law since 2021, following seven years in commercial litigation, and has a particular interest in Children Act matters, having worked on cases under the Pathfinder pilot scheme. She is also passionate about assisting clients through divorce and helping them achieve financial independence
Although she is based in our Birmingham office, Kay is able to support clients nationwide.

What you might like to know
Outside of work, Kay has three children. She enjoys spending time encouraging their interest in sport and will be found carrying either a bag of boxing equipment or ballet shoes and leotards!
