Mohamed is an Associate in the Commercial Property team.

Mohamed has experience in all key forms of real estate, with a particular interest in infrastructure and asset management.

He works closely with clients in the private and public sectors, including individuals, companies and local authorities, advising on a broad range of commercial property matters. This includes acting on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters (lease negotiations, renewals and preparation of ancillary documents), property developments and commercial mortgages.

Prior to joining the Commercial Property team at VWV, Mohamed worked as a residential conveyancer, which has given him a strong background in providing cost-effective, pragmatic advice and meeting strict deadlines.

He is based in our Bristol office, but can support you nationally.
