
Nahida is a Solicitor in the Charities team, working with charitable organisations, educational institutions and other not for profits to provide charity, company and trust law advice.
Her specialism includes governance advice, constitutional review, trustee duties and decision-making, setting up and registering charities, and advising on regulatory involvement from the Commission. In addition, Nahida conducts comprehensive due diligence for charity mergers, evaluating constitutional, compliance and financial factors to ensure strategic compatibility and risk mitigation.
Nahida is enthusiastic about the charity and education sector and enjoys working alongside and assisting those contributing to important causes.
Nahida is based in our London office but can support you nationally.
What You Might Like to Know
Outside of work, Nahida is a governor at a primary school near her home in Kent. She also enjoys travelling, exploring coffee shops, and spending time with her family.
