She advises companies, directors, and shareholders on a wide range of corporate law related matters, including advising on mergers, acquisitions and shareholder arrangements.
Or is also a member of the firm's Technology Sector team and, in that capacity, advises early and growth stages technology and life sciences companies on preparing for and raising private equity, angel and venture capital funding.
Or is dual-qualified in England & Wales and in Israel. Prior to joining VWV, she worked at a top firm in Tel Aviv and advised numerous technology-rich companies and venture capital investors across all stages of company growth, as well as day-to-day advice on corporate matters.
She enjoys getting to know clients and their businesses so that she can provide pragmatic and tailored advice, much like in-house counsel.
