Despite the defendant's denial of liability and allegations of speeding, Ruth's client succeeded at trial, recovering full compensation and additional damages for beating their own settlement offer
• workplace Injury Settlement: Ruth secured a significant settlement for a client injured at work, successfully overcoming the employer's initial denial of liability
• slip and trip claim: Ruth negotiated a favourable settlement for a client who sustained injuries due to unsafe conditions on a pavement at a shopping area, ensuring they received fair compensation without the need for a trial.
