Stacey works in our Employment team, specialising in immigration matters. Whilst her primary focus is on business immigration, she also has experience with family applications.
Stacey assists clients with obtaining and maintaining Sponsor Licences and managing visa applications for sponsored workers and their families, having worked with businesses of all sizes from small start-ups to global household names, Stacey can provide comprehensive support for all aspects of business immigration, including:
- Sponsor Licences: Applying for and maintaining Sponsor Licences, ensuring compliance with UKVI requirements, and managing reporting obligations.
- Sponsor Compliance: Advising on record-keeping, compliance duties, and navigating audits or enforcement actions.
- Visa Applications: Supporting a wide range of visa applications, including Skilled Worker visas, Global Business Mobility visas, Family applications, and Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) applications.
Stacey brings a client-centric approach, developed through her experience working both in law firms and in-house. She will take the time to understand your organisation’s or family’s unique needs and provide tailored, practical advice.
Having worked extensively with clients in sectors such as health and care, technology, manufacturing, food production, professional services, and transport, Stacey has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these industries.
Stacey is based in our Birmingham office, but can support clients nationally, ensuring you receive the assistance you need, wherever you are in the UK.
