Raymond Scott -v- UKRI - trial
We acted for a Claimant who sustained a serious cold injury while working for the British Antarctic Survey.

Head Injury
The team acted for a man who sustained a head injury when he was knocked off his bicycle by a motorist.

Spine surgery
We acted for a Claimant who had surgery on their spine.
The surgeon did not operate on the correct level in their spine and as a result they had to have further surgery which they would not have needed had the surgery been done correctly in the first place.
