Andrew advises and represents clients facing investigation and prosecution arising from alleged regulatory breaches; including on matters of health and safety, environmental and food safety & hygiene.
He has particular expertise in providing representation to healthcare professionals subject to fitness to practise or misconduct proceedings, brought against them by their regulatory body.
He provides representation and support to institutions involved as properly interested persons, throughout the inquest process and appears at the Coroner's Court for inquest hearings.
Andrew has higher rights of audience and is a member of the Solicitors' Association of Higher Court Advocates, Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers and the Health and Safety Lawyers' Association.
