How Can Ellen Help You?
Ellen is a Solicitor in our Employment Law team in Bristol. Before moving into the Employment Team, Ellen spent a year in the Commercial Law team advising on general commercial matters, procurement and State aid issues. Ellen is also the current national representative for Bristol for the Bristol Junior Lawyers' Division.
As part of her training contract, Ellen was based in the Employment team, the Commercial team, the Commercial Property team and the Family team.
Meeting Your Needs
Prior to starting her training contract, Ellen worked at the University of Bath in the Postgraduate Science department.
During her time at VWV, Ellen has worked with a broad range of clients including individuals, public sector bodies, charities and corporations and understands the differing needs and requirements that these clients have.
What You Might Like to Know
Ellen graduated from Queen's University Belfast with a First BA (Hons) in Politics and Philosophy. She studied the GDL part time at BBP University, before completing the LPC at the University of Law. Whilst completing the LPC, Ellen volunteered as a call handler for the National Centre of Domestic Violence.
Outside of work, Ellen enjoys cooking and travelling. Before starting her undergraduate degree, Ellen spent six months working and travelling in New Zealand and looks forward visiting again one day.
