Michael is a partner in the London based employment law team who works with employers from both the public and private sector. He advises on a wide range of issues but has particular experience of TUPE related issues (including outsourcing), day to day advice to HR professionals and Employment Tribunal claims (in particular discrimination claims). Michael is also an experienced advocate.
