We undertake reorganisation, refinancing, and restructuring work on behalf of a diverse range of corporate clients, encompassing owner-managed businesses to fully listed PLCs with transaction values frequently ranging between £1m and £100m.
Where there is an international dimension, our membership of The Association of European Lawyers means that we have access to a network of trusted law firms in 34 European jurisdictions. Our other international networks provide us with links to highly regarded corporate lawyers in the United States and North America, South America, Asia, Australasia and Africa. We can therefore deliver seamless legal advice to clients by project managing cross border transactions.
