Celebrating our newly qualified lawyers at VWV

This March, VWV proudly welcomed six newly qualified lawyers who had successfully completed their training contracts with the firm.

Based across our Bristol, London, and Watford offices, these talented individuals bring fresh expertise to our Property Litigation, Commercial Property, Corporate, Employment, Compliance, and Personal Injury teams.

We extend our warmest congratulations to our newly qualified lawyers: Ziandra Holland, Lauren Roffe, Megan Armstrong, Eleanor Taylor, Sydney Holt, and Nicola Hardwick. Their qualification marks a key milestone in our ongoing commitment to developing emerging legal talent and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service.

Laura Chesham, our Training Principal, commented: "Congratulations to all of our NQs. They have all worked exceptionally hard throughout their training contracts and have consistently demonstrated their commitment to VWV and its values. We are very proud of the quality of our training programme and our retention rates. This is testament to the firm's positive culture, innovative approach, the quality of and the relationships we have with our clients and the work we carry out for them. We look forward to seeing our NQs continue to flourish and contributing to the success and growth of VWV."

Eleanor Taylor, newly qualified lawyer in the Employment team commented, "I am thrilled to have qualified and to be joining such a dynamic and supportive team. Throughout my training contract, I have really enjoyed the opportunity to work on high-profile cases for household name clients and to support clients in diverse sectors such as healthcare, local government and education. VWV has offered me the chance to learn, innovate and refine my case management skills, while being supported by approachable senior colleagues."

In addition to celebrating these new qualifications, we continue to invest in the next generation of lawyers. This month, we are pleased to welcome Joshua Spanswick, who has made the transition from paralegal on to a trainee contract.

VWV’s structured training contract offers aspiring lawyers hands-on experience across four different practice areas, providing them with a strong foundation for a successful legal career.
