Aanika is an Associate based in our Commercial Property team.
Aanika's primary focus is in landlord/tenant work and property development, although she has a wealth of experience in sales/purchases and property finance, as well as general management work.
Aanika's expertise in property development includes option agreements, conditional contracts and overage deeds acting for developers and landowners. Aanika has a sound understanding of the planning and development process which assists her clients in making effective and commercial decisions. She also is known for her pragmatic and commercial approach when it comes to leases, and is experienced in acting for both landlords and tenants across high street shops, offices, and warehouses across the UK.
Aanika also has sound experience in Commercial Property, property finance, dealing with high value portfolio refinances, on both the borrower and lender side and has acted for a number of major banks.
Aanika works proactively to ensure all of her clients' needs are met and is always available to provide efficient commercial advice, whilst ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail at all times.
Aanika is based in our Watford office, but can support you nationally.
Against the background of very tight deadlines, we have been able to complete on two refinances and one acquisition. These would not have happened without Aanika's ability to understand both our properties, the transactions themselves, none of which were straightforward, and the requirements of our funders.

Aanika has a keen interest in racket sports, including tennis and badminton, and more recently, the ever popular game of padel. Aanika is also a highly experienced ski enthusiast. To add to Aanika's step count, she has two young children who keep her on her toes!
