Alice is an Associate in the Family Law team.
Alice advises a wide range of clients on all aspects of family law.
Alice specialises in:
- financial settlements on divorce/dissolution involving both modest and complex assets, such as large businesses, pensions, inherited assets and property portfolios.
- child arrangements and financial claims for children.
- advice to unmarried couples that live together ("cohabit"), either at the outset of a relationships or at the time of separation.
- pre and post nuptial agreements.
Alice understands the emotional and practical difficulties of those experiencing a separation or family dispute.
Alice is experienced in helping her clients resolve issues through mediation, solicitor led negotiations and court proceedings (if the circumstances require).
Alice is based in the Bristol office, however has close links to Devon and Cornwall and can also support you nationally.
Alice is empathetic, calm, pragmatic and focused on achieving results that meet her clients individual needs. She is dedicated and will always go the extra mile for her clients.

When not working, Alice enjoys going on walks and adventures with her twin girls, paddle boarding on the estuary where she lives and visiting her childhood home in Cornwall.
