Andrew is a partner in our Commercial Property team, with over 30 years' experience in all areas of commercial property work.
This includes experience in commercial and residential development projects, property finance and the sale, purchase and lease of all types of commercial property including offices and industrial sites.
Andrew's clients include Investors holding substantial mixed and commercial property portfolios, clearing banks, private banks and developers. Based on his experience of acting for residential developers (Andrew was earlier in his career an inhouse lawyer with a national housebuilder) Andrew has acted for a number of landowners on the sale of land for residential development both on the basis of unconditional contracts and contracts conditional on planning permission.
Andrew is based in our Birmingham office, but can support you nationally.
