Caron specialises in all aspects of the conveyancing process and has many years' experience helping clients with the legal aspects of buying and selling a property, whether their home or for property investment.
Caron has an extensive knowledge of all types of property transactions and is able to advise you in connection with the many types of legal issues that can crop up. She has acted for clients buying and selling freehold or leasehold properties; mortgages and property transfers, buying at auction or under special conditions such as sealed bid or contract races. She is also familiar with a wide range of transactions including high net and complex transactions and leasehold schemes.
Whether you are a first-time buyer with no conveyancing knowledge or an experienced property developer, Caron can provide you with the right level of advice to guide you through the conveyancing process. From the start of the transaction, she will liaise with the estate agents to get the legal process underway, and keep you informed throughout the transaction helping you to set realistic expectations for the moving date.

Caron originally qualified as a Quantity Surveyor before a change of career led her to Property Law. She re-qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Conveyancing Practice, Land Law, Contract and Trusts.
Caron enjoys the challenges involved with residential conveyancing and takes pride in providing clients with an excellent service.
