Charlotte is a Solicitor in our Commercial team.
Charlotte works across a wide range of areas, with particular experience in advising clients in the education sector (notably independent schools and higher education institutions), including on collaboration agreements, catering and cleaning arrangements and supplies of other goods and services. More broadly, Charlotte advises clients in the public, private and third sectors on a wide variety of commercial matters.
Her experience includes advising clients in the public, private and third sectors on a wide variety of commercial matters, including framework agreements, software licensing, research and collaboration agreements, sub-contracts and outsourcing, terms and conditions for the supply of goods and services, confidentiality agreements/ NDAs and website terms.
Charlotte enjoys solving problems and delivering practical solutions to clients of all shapes and sizes. To advise on a commercial arrangement you really need an understanding of the client's business, so no two days are ever the same, and she really likes the challenge and variety of the role. Charlotte also really enjoys being part of such an excellent team!
Charlotte is based in our Bristol office, but can support you nationally.
What you might like to know
Charlotte trained in Cornwall, qualified in early 2021 and joined VWV in July 2022. Before qualifying, she worked on secondment to a ministerial department as part of a large-scale transformation programme.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys being outdoors, camping in all weathers and coastal walks. She also enjoys singing, having been a member of several choirs over the years.
