Eleftheria is a Solicitor in our Family team.
She has experience in all areas of Family Law, including Financial Remedy Proceedings, Private Children Matters, pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and TOLATA matters.
Eleftheria offers expert legal guidance and is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for all her clients. She demonstrates genuine care and understanding, whilst striving to provide clear and concise legal advice.
Some of Eleftheria's recent work includes:
- Advising on and drafting pre-nuptial agreements;
- Dealing with complex financial matters with high net worth;
- Successfully obtaining a Child Arrangements Order and a Prohibited Steps Order to prevent the re-location of a child;
- Assisting on a matter involving the Court of Protection;
- Issuing applications in both the Civil and Family Courts;
- Advising on complex Trust of Land Act matters.
Eleftheria completed her Law Degree at the University of Law. She then continued her studies at the University of Law and obtained her LPC, together with a Masters Degree. She underwent her training at an exceptional niche Family Law firm, before qualifying as a Solicitor in February 2023.
Eleftheria is passionate about ensuring her clients receive the best possible result, and is committed to all clients, always acting in their best interest and doing all she can to make them feel heard and reassured during an otherwise turbulent and stressful time in their lives.
Eleftheria enjoys all aspects of Family Law, and is looking forward to developing her career within this field. She is particularly keen to embark on more Children Act Matters, particularly in light of the introduction of Pathfinder in the West Midlands.
She is based in our Birmingham office but can support you nationally.
