Elizabeth can help you by advising on a broad range of employment law topics and supporting employers with practical, tailored advice.
With experience in acting in a wide range of Employment Tribunal claims, Elizabeth has acted on claims involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing detriments and TUPE claims.
Elizabeth also has non-contentious experience from advising employers on disciplinary and grievance procedures, drafting and advising on settlement agreements, and revising employment contracts and policies to meet client's needs.
In her role as a Knowledge Lawyer, Elizabeth focuses on research, training, and developing valuable resources such as template documents, policies, and training materials. These tools empower clients to address workplace issues confidently and effectively.
Based in our Bristol office, Elizabeth works nationally to support clients wherever they need assistance.

Elizabeth enjoys running, swimming, and reading outside of work. She is an active member of the nationwide network of employment professional support lawyers (PEN), which keeps her connected with developments and best practices in the field.
Elizabeth is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) and contributes to working parties responding to government consultations on legislation.
