Grace is a Solicitor in our Planning and Infrastructure team.
Grace has experience dealing with a wide range of advisory and transactional work assisting various stakeholders including landowners, developers, leaseholders, consultants, local planning authorities and utilities operators.
Her advisory work includes changes of use, access requirements and planning rights for clients such as private individuals, companies, schools and commercial developers. Grace can also provide advice on planning agreements including highway works' agreements, planning obligations and licences for works.
Grace's previous employment as a Geoscientist in the energy sector has aided her knowledge of utilities and infrastructure whilst contributing to her ability to keep a commercial perspective. Her infrastructure work covers onshore developments of varying scale for pipeline operators and other asset owners. She regularly deals with complex land transactions often involving multiple parties and/or land parcels both above and below ground covering land rights, asset disposals, consents and development agreements.
Grace enjoys unravelling the complex and technical aspects of her work. She takes a practical approach whilst providing a clear and comprehensive narrative to her clients to ensure transparency and understanding of their commercial goals.
Having qualified as a property litigator, Grace is also able to view her work from a strategic perspective whilst keeping her clients' interests at the forefront of her work.
She is based in the Watford office, but can support you nationally.
