Hannah is Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team.
She has acted for an array of developers on multi million pounds transactions across the country and been the primary contact on key developments spanning across the retail, healthcare and other sectors.
Hannah has a broad range of experience in key aspects of commercial property including complex acquisitions and disposals, lettings, asset management and general due diligence. She also has specific experience dealing with option agreements, conditional contracts and overage.
Hannah's keen eye for detail means her due diligence on matters is extensive and she takes the time to understand each client's specific aims, concerns and desired outcomes on each transaction. It is important to Hannah to build strong relationships with her clients so that they are reassured their matters are in safe hands.
Notable projects include:
- acting for a developer dealing with their site acquisition and pre-lets
- acting on the purchase of a £3 million medical centre
- acting on a disposal which included complex overage provisions.
Hannah is based in our Watford office, but can support you nationally.

In her spare time Hannah is an avid netball player and umpire, facilitating social leagues and tournaments in the south east.
Hannah is a mentor to undergraduates across a number of universities, helping them navigate their initial steps in the legal world.
