Hannah is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Litigation team, with particular expertise in insolvency litigation.
Hannah acts for both insolvency practitioners and directors and is a core member of the firm’s insolvency team. Within VWV, she is also the 'go to' lawyer for administrative applications under the Companies Act 2006, including company restorations and rectification of charges.
Hannah advises clients on all aspects of litigation, financial distress, and debt recovery. She manages disputes from the initial pre-action stage through to preparing court documents, attending hearings, and advising on settlement strategy throughout the course of proceedings. In addition to her insolvency work, Hannah handles a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including disputes concerning the supply of goods and services, breach of contract, procurement challenges, partnership disputes and professional negligence.
Her client base is diverse, with particular experience supporting clients in the healthcare, higher education, charity, and schools sectors, as well as professionals and businesses of all sizes.
Having trained with the firm, Hannah now has over seven years' experience in the commercial litigation team and is well placed to help clients achieve commercially sensible outcomes.

What you might like to know
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her young son, who keeps her on her toes. She has a passion for travel and has travelled parts of every continent except Antarctica. More recently, while on maternity leave, she enjoyed a six-week driving holiday with her husband and son, travelling through France, Switzerland, Italy, Liechtenstein, and Germany.
