Hannah is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law team.

Hannah specialises in corporate law, advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and banking and finance transactions. Hannah acts for clients across a variety of sectors advising banks and other financial institutions and local, national and international businesses on company law and corporate finance matters. Hannah also acts for charity clients on the corporate and banking aspects of their transactions and restructure projects and advises education clients on mergers and acquisitions, policy compliance and the implementation of finance projects.

Hannah has completed a secondment with a large corporate and investment bank and also has experience working as an in-house lawyer, including for a high-street retailer and international food company. These experiences have provided her with a unique insight into the commercial challenges of clients and help her to offer practical and insightful advice.

Hannah is based in our Watford office but can support you nationally.

What You Might Like to Know

Hannah has experience as a lecturer in law and has taught undergraduate and postgraduate law students and aspiring lawyers on the academic law and practical skills required to qualify as a solicitor. Hannah also has experience working in senior management at one of the UK's longest-established specialist providers of legal education.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys travelling and hiking. She also has a passion for the arts and enjoys dance, going to the theatre and music.
