Harry is a solicitor in the Charities team.

Harry has recently qualified as a solicitor and works with charities, providing charity, company and trust law advice. He has experience in charity governance, advising on trustee decision-making and duties, reviewing and updating charity governing documents, academy conversions, assisting with the setup of trading subsidiaries, and setting up and registering charities. Harry frequently liaises with regulators across the charity regulatory framework, including the Charity Commission for England and Wales.

Harry is proud of the work he is involved with and is highly motivated to help charities achieve their goals and continue making a difference. Charities often require multi-layered advice, and Harry enjoys developing pragmatic solutions, in collaboration with his clients, that balance solving immediate issues with protecting a charity's strategic interests in the future.
