
Jane is an Employment Partner and heads up VWV's Higher Education practice.
She has extensive experience of advising employers on all aspects of employment law but specialises in complex employment tribunal litigation; equality, diversity and inclusion issues; and strategic HR projects.
Jane has been a trusted adviser to universities on employment, people and wider HR issues for over 25 years.
Jane is commended for her practical, no nonsense approach and her experience means that she can guide employers through the most sensitive and complex HE issues, providing solutions that really work on the ground.
She is based in the Birmingham but supports clients nationally.
