Judith qualified in 1984 and since then has specialised in private client work, including advising on Inheritance Tax planning, Wills and trusts, as well as the administration of estates.
Judith advises on lasting powers of attorney, enduring powers of attorney and deputyships including applications to the Office of the Public Guardian and the Court of Protection.
Judith’s extensive experience enables her to advise on a wide range of issues relating to Wills and the administration of estates, including tax-planning opportunities for beneficiaries and advice on available reliefs during the estate administration e.g. Business Property Relief and Agricultural Property Relief. She can also advise on the creation and administration of both family and charitable trusts including tax aspects, and trust termination. Judith also acts as attorney and executor for a number of clients.
Judith has previously been recommended within the Citywealth Leaders List which recognises the best advisors for private wealth management, charity and private client work.

She works closely with the Real Estate team where there are property issues with trusts, Wills, Inheritance Tax planning and estate administrations, and the Real Estate team refers clients to Judith for advice on these matters. Judith also works with the Tax Team on matters where advice in conjunction with tax issues is required.
