
Kathy has over 30 years' experience as an employment lawyer acting for a wide range of commercial clients, and for charities and schools.
Kathy has particular expertise in managing complex projects, including advising on TUPE, large scale redundancies and restructurings; and tribunal litigation, including multi applicant claims and complex discrimination issues.
Kathy enjoys understanding her clients' strategic priorities and approach to HR issues so the advice she provides ensures that these are met. She is known for her ability to deal with complex projects and litigation and the advice she provides is always pragmatic and clear.

Kathy is the Office Partner for our Birmingham Office, a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and sits part-time as an Employment Judge.
Outside of work, Kathy enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking, swimming, gardening, reading and going to the theatre.
