Lucy is a Solicitor in our Employment team in Birmingham who provides advice on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment issues to clients in both the public and private sectors, working across a variety of sectors including education, charities and commercial.
Lucy regularly provides advice to our employer clients on defending employment tribunal litigation. She has prepared defences to tribunal claims, advised on case strategy and the merits of employment tribunal proceedings, ensuring compliance with disclosure obligations, preparing tribunal applications and drafting witness statement and settlement agreements.
Lucy also has experience of assisting our clients with non-contentious advice including redundancy consultations, TUPE, termination of employment arrangements, employee-relation issues (including disciplinary, capability and grievance issues), advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and advising on the drafting, negotiation and implementation of the full range of employment documentation including new policies, procedures and contracts. Lucy can provide training to employer clients.
Lucy can also assist individuals in contract and exit negotiations and advise on settlement agreements.
Lucy is based in our Birmingham office but can support you nationally.

Lucy qualified as solicitor in 2022 and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA).
Outside of work Lucy plays ultimate frisbee and enjoys holidaying in the sun and spending time with her family and friends.
