
Michael is a partner in the employment team who works with employers from both the public and private sector.
He advises on a wide range of issues but has particular experience of advising on long running grievance and disciplinary issues, Employment Tribunal claims (in particular discrimination claims) and the day to day issues faced by HR teams.
Michael has a track record of building lasting relationships with clients, getting to know their businesses and becoming a trusted adviser. He has a client focused and commercial approach to his work and an ability to identify the key issues in any dispute. Clients value his straight forward, professional and friendly manner when having to deal with often difficult issues in the work place.
Michael is based in our London office but can support you nationally.
