Oliveen is an Associate in our Residential Conveyancing team.

Having previously worked at Matthew Arnold and Baldwin in Watford, Oliveen has a wealth of experience dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, from inception to completion.

She is used to dealing with high net value properties as well as those with government assisted funding schemes. She is also experienced in dealing with lease extensions, re-mortgages, equity releases, transfers of equity and right to buys.

Oliveen understands that moving house is an extremely stressful time. She is able to provide support and guidance during this time in a friendly and professional manner. As well as being calm, well organised and pragmatic, she works hard to get you the desired results. Oliveen enjoys the cut and thrust of the work.

Dealing with a high turnover of cases means that she comes into contact with a wide range of people in the public, work referrers and other professionals.
