Ollie is a Solicitor in our Property Litigation team.

Ollie can advise clients on a wide range of disputes relating to property litigation, commercial and residential property.

Ollie has particular experience in contentious landlord and tenant matters including dilapidations, possession claims, rent arrears matters, termination of leases including by forfeiture, service charge disputes, opposed and unopposed lease renewals, breaches of covenant, property related insolvency and the exercise of break clauses.

Ollie is based in our Bristol office and working as part of our London team, but can support you nationally.

What you might like to know

Ollie completed a Law Degree at Cardiff University in 2021 with a 2:1. He then completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, completing the course with a distinction.

Before joining the firm, Ollie spent time travelling south-east Asia with friends.

Outside of work Ollie is a keen, but often unsuccessful, golfer.  He also enjoys watching football and cricket and support Liverpool.
