Robyn is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team.

Robyn provides a breadth of commercial property advice to a broad range of clients including: property investors, institutional landlord, retail clients, schools and academies, restaurant franchisees and charitable organisations.  

Robyn's expertise spans a full range of property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, property finance, landlord and tenant matters, asset management and property due diligence. 

Her experience includes:

• acting for a property investment fund on the acquisition of a mixed-use retail park, subject to multiple occupational leases for a sum in excess of £20 million
• acting on behalf of a global lender in connection with the grant of multimillion pound facilities secured over residential and commercial premises to individuals and trusts in varying jurisdictions and complex structures
• providing a leading role in corporate support on the real estate aspects of the share sale of large restaurant and takeaway franchisee.
