Roz is a Solicitor in our Private Client team based in our Birmingham office.
Roz understands that every clients situation is different and that a one size fits all approach is not the best advice for most clients. Roz can advise you on the preparation of Wills, the registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, and the administration of estates. Roz also deals with various aspects of trust administration, from the creation of trusts to the day to day running of trust including personal injury trusts.
Roz is based in our Birmingham office but can support you nationally.
What You Might Like to Know
Prior to her legal studies and to starting her training contract at VWV, Roz worked in the charity sector for over four years where she worked with a number of leading children's charities.
Roz began working at VWV as a paralegal in the Charites team where she assisted with academies clients as well as charities and other not-for-profit bodies.
Roz was the firm's first trainee based in our Birmingham office and completed her training with seats in the Employment, Private Client and Commercial Property teams.
