Ruth is a Commercial Property solicitor with 17 years' experience of acting in a wide range of commercial property matters, from land acquisitions to lettings, options to overage, and developments to refinancing.
She has advised large corporate organisations on all aspects of their property portfolios, both freehold and leasehold, and assisted individuals in their own property transactions. In short, whether you're a landlord, a tenant, a developer, a buyer/seller, or bank, Ruth can help.
Ruth spent over eight years working for CMS, moving to VWV's Commercial Property team at the start of 2016. She has advised household names including major retailers and large pension funds as well as dealing with much smaller businesses, so she is well placed to work on your behalf regardless of size or nature.
In recent years, Ruth has focussed on the higher education sector, acting for well known Universities on a range of property matters including student accommodation.
