Sam is a Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation team. His areas of expertise include general commercial disputes, civil fraud, partnership and shareholder disputes, and restructuring and insolvency.

He has strong knowledge of, and experience with, alternative forms of dispute resolution, having participated in a number of mediations which have all resulted in settlements being achieved.

In a former life Sam was a sailing instructor who travelled the UK and Australia teaching sailing to beginners and national team racers alike.
Whilst he might have traded an ocean fairing life for an office desk; he can still be found running, paddleboarding, and surfing his way around the South West.
