Samantha is a corporate transactional lawyer who specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and corporate finance.
She acts for a wide variety of clients including SMEs, charities, early stage companies, family businesses and entrepreneurs. Whilst Samantha acts for clients in a range of sectors, Samantha focuses her practice on transactions in the Education sector and leads the firm's transactional work in Early Years.
Having qualified in 2007, Samantha is an experienced Partner who takes a lead role in advising clients on corporate transactions, corporate governance and shareholder arrangements. She is also experienced in advising financial institutions on the banking and corporate aspects of their lending in the SME sector. Samantha works closely with her clients, sharing their focus and commitment to fulfilment of their commercial objectives.
Samantha is based in our Watford office but can support you nationally.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys outdoor adventures with her family and keeps herself active caring for her two horses and her ex-racing greyhound.
