Sofia is a solicitor in the Employment team. She works with a broad range of clients including public sector bodies, corporations and clients in the charities and education sectors, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Sofia enjoys working closely with clients and brings a calm, empathetic and responsive approach to all aspects of her work. This allows her to gain a sound understanding of their key concerns in order to deliver pragmatic and tailored advice that supports their best long-term interests.
She enjoys employment practice because it is a dynamic area of law which is constantly evolving.

What You Might Like to Know
Prior to joining VWV as a trainee solicitor in 2022, Sofia spent three years at a private equity firm. This experience shaped her decision to pursue a career in law. She holds a first-class degree in English from King's College London, and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course with Distinction.
Sofia is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. She is fluent in Greek and competent in Italian.
