Steph is a Senior Associate in our Commercial team, based in our Bristol office.
She specialises in trade mark law and also international school projects.
Steph deals with national and international trade mark applications and renewals, and advises in connection with trade mark infringement and licensing. She also has experience of dealing with domain name disputes.
She undertakes work for a broad range of clients including charities, individuals, start-up businesses and large corporations both in the UK and internationally, and understands the different needs and requirements that these clients have.
Steph also advises a number of UK schools on establishing schools internationally, including the registration of trade marks internationally and the licensing of those trademarks to potential project partners.
Steph is based in our Bristol office but can support you nationally.
What you might like to know
Outside of work, Steph enjoys baking, running and travelling. She has recently trekked to Everest Base Camp and is now planning a trip to Kilimanjaro. She also previously competed for England in U21 dressage teams.
Steph is also an active campaigner against the UK's building safety crisis, following the Grenfell Tower tragedy, and has appeared on national TV and radio on numerous occasions as part of the campaign.
