Tabitha is an Associate in our Private Client team, specialising in Estates Tax Planning and Trusts.
Undertaking both lifetime planning and estate administration work, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals, whilst understanding their needs and implementing proficient solutions to solving problems along the way.
Tabitha works closely with executors to ensure estate administrations are handled with great care. She understands that navigating the estate administration process can be a challenge for executors and families at what is often an incredibly difficult time, and takes great care to ensure her approach is efficient and compassionate by building strong relationships to generate the best possible outcomes for her clients.
She also acts for couples and individuals in the preparation and updating of their Wills. Tabitha develops creative and efficient solutions for clients, using Wills and deeds of variation as part of lifetime planning.
She prepares and registers Lasting Powers of Attorney and advises on the old style Enduring Powers of Attorney. Tabitha will gladly discuss concerns on capacity with you to ensure that your queries are addressed and you are left with peace of mind that your ducks are in a row.
Tabitha is a full member of STEP, the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners, having successfully completed all the necessary exams for full TEP designation at distinction level.
Tabitha is based in our Bristol office, but can support you nationally.

What you might like to know
When Tabitha isn't at work, her time is spent with her young family cooking, gardening and doing DIY. As well as spending time by the sea (having grown up on the Jurassic Coast) Tabitha enjoys being outdoors, particularly if there is a picnic involved!
