Taiyba is a Senior Paralegal in our Immigration Law team.
Taiyba can assist clients with a range of Immigration matters, including sponsor licence applications, sponsorship by employers, universities and independent schools under the Worker and Student immigration categories, as well as visa and leave to remain applications under all immigration categories. Taiyba can also assist with applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain and British citizenship.
Taiyba has a degree in Politics and International Relations and a Law degree and has worked in sales and administrative roles. Taiyba has previously undertaken paralegal work within Asylum law and legal aid. Taiyba can aid and support for your immigration needs.
She is based in our Birmingham office but can support you nationally.

Taiyba is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA) and Birmingham Law Society.
She has been actively involved in a number of pro-bono projects including debating initiatives in prisons, criminal appeals projects and delivering law presentations in schools and community centres. She has also done freelance interpreting and translations for charities, law firms and others.
