Valeriia is a Solicitor in our Commercial team. She has a broad focus on commercial contracts, terms & conditions for the supply or purchase of goods/services or IT, as well as work on IT and IP matters across independent schools, higher education, charities, technology and public sectors. She also works with the international school projects team assisting UK schools to establish licensee schools overseas.
She enjoys the varied nature of commercial work that spans across the key VWV sectors, including education, charities, technology, pharma & life sciences and public sectors. Working collaboratively with colleagues across all VWV teams and offices allows Valeriia to support her clients nationally across different industries.
Notable work that Valeriia has worked on includes supporting the University of Bristol on £225m government funded AI supercomputer project, Isambard-AI.
Valeriia is based in our London office, but can support you nationally.
What You Might Like to Know
Valeriia is part of the VWV Innovation forum, and co-founded a junior-led VWV innovation interest group in London and Watford to foster innovative ideas and knowledge sharing.
