Zahra is a Solicitor in the Employment law team.
Zahra has experience dealing with Employment law matters such as redundancies, grievances, settlement agreements, TUPE and assists both employers and employees. Zahra also has experience drafting various employment contracts, consultancy agreements and staff handbooks. Zahra also assists with corporate deals by providing employment support. Zahra specialises in the recruitment sector and IR35. Prior to joining VWV, Zahra worked as a Dispute Resolution Legal Assistant at Lockharts Solicitors since 2015.
Zahra's recent and relevant experience includes:
- Advising both employees and employers in relation to employment disputes including discrimination, harassment, victimisation.
- Advising both employees and employers in relation to settlement agreements.
- Zahra also deals with settlement negotiations on behalf of both employees and employers.
- Reviewing and drafting employment contracts along with consultancy agreements and bespoke agreements concerning employment.
- Advising on both contentious and non-contentious work in the recruitment sector.
- Zahra has specialised and delivered webinars on IR35 along with holiday pay and parental leave.
- Zahra also drafts articles for and deals with our recruitment ezine and keeps up with changing regulation in the recruitment sector.
Zahra is based in our Watford office.
