One of our core values is 'Client at the centre of the firm', which means that we put our clients at the centre of everything we do. To help us achieve this, we need to be passionate about excellence.
But don't just take our word for it.
We are evaluated on our service delivery as part of our external accreditations which include:
The Investors in People accreditation demonstrates our commitment to training and development of our staff. We provide a people service, and we can only expect to achieve high levels of quality and consistency if we are each developing our skills relevant to the area of the practice within which we work. We are proud to have achieved the Bronze which we did in 2014.
Lexcel is the Law Society's international practice management standard. It is a scheme for any type of practice to certify that certain standards have been met following independent assessment. We have maintained the Lexcel accreditation since January 2004.
In recent years, assessors have been very impressed with our high standard of compliance with quality standards and the extensive areas of good practice observed.
In both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, we consistently appear in the top rankings in a number of practice areas, both nationally and regionally.
The Professional Services Network also awarded the firm with the 'Full Service Law Firm of the Year' award 2015 following feedback from individuals and organisations across the globe which was presented and judged by a panel of individuals from the business and advisory communities globally. PSN is a unique online referral network which brings advisers and those seeking advice together in one place.
We are active on all social media channels including Linkedin, Facebook, YouTube and Google+, and maintain sector and service line focused Twitter accounts which enable us to deliver the latest legal updates, news and events to our followers and connections.
In 2015 we received the 360 Legal Group's Best Use of Social Media Award which recognises the effort, teamwork and collaboration between our lawyers and support teams for our social media activity.
Our residential conveyancing team have secured membership to the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme - the mark of excellence for the home-buying process. The scheme requires practices to undergo a strict assessment, compulsory training, self reporting, random audits and annual reviews in order to maintain the CQS status. It is open only to members of the Law Society who meet the demanding standards set by the scheme, and it has the support of the Council of Mortgage Lenders, the Building Societies Association, Legal Ombudsman and the Association of British Insurers.
