She has dealt with a broad range of property transactions and as a result of this is able to advise clients regarding the varied legal matters that arise throughout the course of the transaction, and is able to successfully guide them through the process.
Katy has acted on behalf of individual and investor clients in respect of buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties, buying at auction, buying and selling new build plots, mortgages and property transfers.
She is also familiar with a wide range of transactions including high net worth and complex transactions, complex titles and unregistered land.
Katy's experience in dealing with various residential and commercial property transactions has enhanced her ability to draft leasehold documentation, set up development schemes for small new build developments and draft plot sales documentation.

Katy is able to guide clients through the process of buying, selling, mortgaging and property transfers from the start to completion. Her role is to liaise with estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders and the other party's solicitor, and she keeps clients informed throughout the transaction, assists them throughout, and helps them to set realistic expectations for completion.
