Kenji specialises in advising education, not-for-profit and charity organisations on a wide range of charity law governance, corporate, commercial and strategic issues.
He also provides specialist legal advice to independent schools on strategy and structural change including charity mergers, acquisitions, international education projects, joint ventures and collaborations.
Kenji has worked and sat on governing bodies in both the education and charity sectors and understands the governance and regulatory pressures such organisations face. He is currently a Governor of an independent school and Trustee of a higher education trust, and has worked in-house at a large national charity.
