Rebecca is a Senior Associate and commercial property solicitor with over 10 years experience of working with both mainstream commercial property clients and those operating in specialist sectors.
Rebecca can help you with the full range of commercial property matters including managing a portfolio of properties, granting, taking or surrendering a lease, buying, selling, developing or securing funding over property.
A core member of the Healthcare team in Bristol, Rebecca specialises in advising GPs and other healthcare providers on all aspects of property ownership, funding and development of healthcare property.
Rebecca has a particular interest in healthcare and invests a great deal of time keeping up to date with the healthcare sector so she is best placed to understand the pressures healthcare clients face and advise them on how to both plan for and adapt to the ever evolving healthcare arena.
Rebecca understands that the advice and support you need will vary depending on whether you deal with commercial property full time, or if it is something that you only deal with occasionally, or as a one-off project for your business.
"Rebecca, it has been a delight to work with you and I am grateful for both your professional insight and prompt service." - Dr Tim Markey, Harcourt Medical Centre.
