In her second trainee seat, Sharmin worked in the Charity Law team where she supported the team with all aspects of charity law, including incorporation of charities, advising charities of their responsibilities and general regulatory advice.
In her first seat, Sharmin worked in the Commercial Property team in our Watford office, where she was involved in drafting leases, licences and contracts as well as advising on general landlord and tenant matters.
Meeting Your Needs
Prior to joining VWV, Sharmin worked as a Commercial Litigation Paralegal at another firm since 2017. Sharmin has experience assisting with appeals and cases being dealt with by arbitration and litigation. She has assisted solicitors and partners advising on minority shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and even assisted on divorce proceedings.
What You Might Like to Know
Sharmin is based in our London office, but enjoys spending her weekends at home with the family in Wales. Sharmin is an avid mountaineer and is involved in organising and leading trekking events with various charities.
