Bethan is an Associate in our Planning and Infrastructure team.

Bethan acts on a range of planning, highways and other land-based agreements to facilitate national infrastructure projects, secure planning permission for new developments, obtain the necessary land rights to maintain infrastructure, or protect assets affected by third-party development.

Bethan regularly acts for local planning authorities, government agencies, utility operators, private developers, education providers and clients in the healthcare sector.

Bethan can also provide advice on other elements the planning process including highways agreements, planning objections and public rights of way.

In acting for a wide range of both public and private sector clients, Bethan has experience in understanding clients' specific needs, aims and arrangements in order to secure their desired outcome.

Bethan enjoys guiding clients through the often-complex legal side of development, de-mystifying the process, and helping to put in place new homes, education resources and energy infrastructure to benefit communities.

She is based in our Bristol office, but can support you nationally.
