Cassandra is an Associate in the Residential Conveyancing team.
She joined the firm in 2015, initially as a paralegal and later qualified as a solicitor in the team in 2020.
Cassandra deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, listed properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and retirement properties.
Cassandra believes it is important to build close relationships with her clients as residential property conveyancing is often very personal and knows that moving house can be stressful. A key role of Cassandra's is to work with clients and the other parties involved to resolve issues as quickly as possible. It is important for clients to have confidence in their lawyer, and Cassandra always acts in her clients' best interests. She prides herself on her friendly and professional approach to conveyancing.
She is based in our London office but can support you nationally.

What You Might Like to Know
Outside of work, Cassandra is a keen gym goer, having competed in body building competitions in the past. Though she now likes to just train for fun! She also is a keen baker and loves to travel when she can.

Cassandra works closely with the Private Client Team to assist with all residential property aspects of estate administrations and inheritance tax planning, such as sales of property by executors, assents to beneficiaries under a will or transfers of equity.
